I had the pleasure of having my manuscript reviewed by Mr. Sơn Tùng, a prestigious essayist and news analyst of various Vietnamese literary and news websites, and a former chairman of Vietnamese Abroad PEN Center (1996-1998, 2004-2008). Regarding literary works, he had published two long novels, their titles translated as “A Band of Small Animals” (released in a Vietnamese daily newspaper in 1974, published in the US in 1994, translated to German in 1996, “Schar Kleiner Tiere”), and “The Fire of Peace”, published by “Làng Văn” in the United States in 2004. He also wrote a lot of short stories, which were published in the book, “Punishment” (1990) and “Wound” (1992). His latest book: “The Karma of a Writer”, (Memoir, 2013).

is a prestigious
Vietnamese literature and arts website, that provides “beautiful online homes”
for over 150 members who are poets, songwriters, artists (painters, photographers,
calligraphers, etc.) and essayists, at the time of this writing.
I had the pleasure of having Mr. Song Nhị, the
head of a Vietnamese literary publishing organization called “CSTV Cội Nguồn”
and the editor-in-chief of the magazine “Nguồn” (Roots), read my book manuscript
and give his thoughts. Song Nhị had published several poetry books in America since
1996. Regarding prose, he published a bilingual book titled “Half A Century of
Vietnam” in 2010, and in 2015 another book with title translated as “Selections
of 50 Years of Writing” in 2015.

I had the pleasure
of having my manuscript reviewed by Ms. Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Dung, the former head
of CoThom Magazine and Literary Foundation (2003-2017). She had published
several poetry books, novels, and memoirs since 1994 and were invited to
contribute her poems to many other literary works by multiple authors and other
well-known poets.

I had the pleasure of having Mr. Vĩnh Điện, a prolific musician
with several dozens of music CD albums already published, read my manuscript
and give me his thoughts. He wrote many songs (with his own lyrics or
lyricized from poems), that span several themes: love, faith, zen, homeland, patriotism,
etc. One of his highly praised song “O Lady of Peace”, written in 1972, was the
end part of a long song “The Singing of an Infatuated Lover”, that was the main
music theme of the movie “The Road for the Singing of an Infatuated Lover”,
made in Vietnam in 1972. Vĩnh Điện also write music for English lyrics, and his
latest on this is the song “Seeking for Whom?”.
His music wealth is huge, with several hundred songs spanning different
