Welcome to my Music & Poetry Garden. This garden was created to share my favorite poems and song lyrics by various Vietnamese authors with the English speaking world. I am a bilingual poet and have published a few bilingual books on Vietnamese poetry and song lyrics.
My latest work, published in Winter 2022, was the complete English translation of the greatest legacy of Vietnamese literature: The Tale of Kiều by Nguyễn Du. Besides The Tale of Kiều, about a hundred poems and songs by various authors are included. Many are translated to English and have youtube video links to songs and poetry recitations. This book is available for everyone to read online or download from Google Drive.
Other books include "A Garden of Vietnamese Lyrics & Verse, Volume 1" and "40 Selected Songs by Vinh Dien". "A Garden of Vietnamese Lyrics & Verse." The book includes about 100 authors and contains over 140 poems and song lyrics by various authors. Authors include several famous literary figures in the far past and several well-known poets and songwriters of the 21st and 20th centuries.
